BP Smiles Orthodontics is the Oakland Gardens practice of Dr. Boris Pinhasov, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. The office straightens smiles for the whole family, from a child's first orthodontic evaluation through adult clear aligners, and the team speaks English, Russian, and Spanish.
What we do
We offer traditional metal braces, clear and ceramic braces, Invisalign, and early treatment for children, planned and managed by an orthodontist. Every treatment starts with an evaluation where Dr. Pinhasov photographs your teeth, shows you what he sees, and explains the plan before anything begins.
Our dental technology
The office is built around modern orthodontic technology, including digital scanning that replaces messy impression trays, 3D imaging, and clear aligner planning, all aimed at making treatment faster, easier, and more comfortable.
Your visit
The office is at 208-09 Union Turnpike in Oakland Gardens, with street parking and Q46 bus access. We are open Monday and Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday and Thursday 9 to 6, Friday 9 to 3, and Sunday 8 to 3, closed Saturday, so appointments fit around work and school, and we have taken urgent cases on a Sunday when a patient needed help quickly.
Insurance and payment
We accept most major insurance plans and take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks. Our billing coordinator is happy to walk through any insurance or billing questions, which is the part patients thank us for most.
