Ive been a patient of Dr. Boris’ for many years and am now getting all my kids’ braces done at his office. The place is clean, beautiful and organized. They’re open on Sundays which is a big deal for our family. Would recommend this office without a doubt. Dr. Boris knows what he’s doing and his empathetic personality makes every patient confident that their smile will be perfected.

Dr. Pinhasov is incredibly professional and the best dentist I’ve ever had. He takes the time out to explain every single step and before a big procedure, tell you the ins and outs of everything so you know exactly what to expect. In terms of price, he is comparable to other dentists I’ve been to, however, he breaks down the price for everything and his office is pristine and his staff is friendly. As a former OR nurse, I notice their aseptic technique and they have sterile covers for everything in this office – even the computer mouse! I have not had to wait more than a minute past my appointment time to get into the dental chair and have been accommodated for any dental emergencies regardless of the time of the day. He is very attentive and thorough – definitely the most pain-free dentist I’ve ever been to – and believe me, I’ve been to a lot of them. I don’t see myself ever leaving Dr. Pinhasov because he and his staff are 100% awesome. Their scheduling system is on ZocDoc, which is super convenient and they send out email reminders through Google calendar and texts. He and his staff make you feel like a VIP every time you’re there and they call you after all appointments to make sure you are doing fine. Finally, the office is in a midtown office building very close to Grand Central and Times Square, so I have no problems getting there – it’s in a nice building but his office is not pretentious or intimidating! Highly recommend him!

It turned out that I needed extensive work (I could certainly feel that, from the pain), and I am happy to report that I love my new crowns. I came to Dr. Boris after moving to the city and having issues with my temporary bridge. He was very accommodating to see me on such short notice when the bridge would be loose. Dr. Boris suggested an implant as the best permanent option. He made me feel very at ease with the decision and explained the process step by step to me multiple times. I’d never enjoyed a dentist visit before coming to Dr. Boris’ office! The office itself is small but the waiting area is super comfortable with plush couches and a closet for your coats and belongings.Mariah the receptionist is super welcoming and friendly and gets you organized for your appointment right away.Dr. Boris himself is very warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I felt very at ease while discussing my dental concerns and he answered all of my questions straightforwardly and helpfully.Finally, I got my teeth cleaned, and the practitioner that cleaned my teeth Candace was So good. She was gentle but very thorough. The process overall was easy and normally getting my teeth cleaned is super uncomfortable. I had a strong ache from one of my wisdom teeth coming in, but she took note that and minimized any pain I might have had as much as possible.At the end they gave me a parting gift package which I appreciated. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dental office to anyone look for a soothing yet efficient environment.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Boris for over 2 years, and I have to say he is the best dentist one can ever expect. I got 4 wisdom teeth removed last year smoothly, and this year he finished my invisalign treatment with super perfect result. He is both extremely professional and very caring. Dr. Boris has been my dentist for the past three years or so and I cannot recommend him enough. Every single cleaning and check up I’ve had with him has been efficient and painless. Last year Dr. Boris removed one of my wisdom teeth and I had minimal pain and swelling. Over the next few days after the procedure, I received text messages checking on my progress, pain and swelling. This year, when the permanent retainer in the back of my bottom teeth broke, he walked me through my options in detail and did not try to push me for the most expensive option, he simply provided me with all the info I needed to make the choice that worked for me. He’s extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly a nice person.I’ve never had to wait more than a five minutes to get seated and Dr. Boris has pretty flexible hours which is helpful if you’re looking to get an appointment after work. His staff is also super helpful and nice. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend you try Dr. Boris!

Once i moved to the city I had to find a new dentist which was not an easy task. I went on ZocDoc and found Dr. Boris, I was sold on the location and the pictures posted. When I showed up everything was as pictured and most importantly he does excellent work. His office is always clean and he has all of the latest equipment and a professional staff. Dr Boris himself is professional, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has been very helpful on every trip I make there. I have been to several dentists before him and all of them required extensive waiting and the service was very inconsistent. This is the best dentist I have been to and I highly recommend him!
