It’s been such a pleasure to work with Dr. Boris and his team at BP Dental Solutions. The office is very welcoming, pristine and full of all the latest technology. Over the course of the past few years I’ve went to the practice for bi-annual cleanings, fillings and dental implants. He always gives a full breakdown of all costs before any procedure and makes sure the patient knows exactly what to expect during and after. The office always follows-up within the next day or so to make sure the patient isn’t experiencing any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Boris to everyone and will be a patient at his practice for as long as possible.

Oh how I despise trips to the dentist. I felt otherwise when I called to make an appointment at BP Dental Solutions. The young lady at the front desk assisted me (without putting me on hold every second) with making an appointment that works with my crazy schedule, filling out initial paperwork and verifying my insurance. When I arrived to my appointment there was no wait time! (Unheard of)! Dr. Boris Pinhasov’s patience, attentiveness, professionalism and bedside manner are impeccable. I had a lot of dental work to catch up on a couple of days before Thanksgiving. Dr. B and his team put me at ease by showing their care and being informative not only about my dental health but also about my insurance costs/benefits. Dr. B made all procedures painless and efficient. Needless to say, I enjoyed my holiday meal to the fullest. So grateful for out of this world service and cannot wait for my next appointment at BP Dental Solutions!

Dr. Boris is great! His office is convenient, clean and comfortable and his staff is sweet and courteous. He always sees me promptly and spends the time to inquire about my life and my husband, who also goes to him. I appreciate all the work he’s done on my teeth!

Finally got Invisalign with Dr Boris. Really wanted to get it for a while but his office in the city was deterring me from starting because of the commute. Dr Boris is great. He might be my third cousin but he really is true a true professional that I am proud to call family. Would recommend him in a heart beat. A few years ago I would have never thought such a thing but I can assure you that if you have any reservations about seeing the dentist you will be going to the right place to ease those fears. You cannot go wrong with choosing to make him your go-to trusted Dentist.I had my first cavity at the age of 30 and I was terrified of having it filled. He really made me feel comfortable going through with it and calmed me down when I felt afraid. When I asked my zillion questions he was very informative and very attentive to my concerns when they arose. I highly recommend him, he will not disappoint!

Dr. Boris is by far the best dentist I’ve encountered. No one actually likes going to the dentist which is why I prolonged it for years. However, once you actually meet Dr. Boris everything changes. He is so friendly and explains everything in detail. There was absolutely no surprise and no pressure at all. He is very friendly and after conversing, you fail to notice the intimidating machinery and the fact that you’re at a dental office. Dare I say…I’m looking forward to my follow up? I would definitely recommend Dr. Boris to anyone. His flexible schedule and location made this an easy decision but his professionalism is what made him my primary dentist. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly. I don’t have to wait long to be served and they give me appointments at a time that suits me.

Last year, I slipped at a concert venue and somehow managed to catch myself on my front teeth which resulted in breaking both of them. I was bummed. I liked my teeth and I was not really a huge fan of dental procedures. However, the silver lining in that was finding Dr. Boris. Dr. Boris made a not so ideal situation a breeze. He was easy to deal with, and walked me step by step through the process which made me feel comfortable and at ease. He worked meticulously in replacing my lost mouth bones with a veneer and a cap to aesthetically match the rest of my teeth to a perfect degree. Even going as far as to take small calcium shading that is apparent on the others into consideration and having the new teeth match that same pattern. When i saw the results, I was blown away and still am. Since then Dr. Boris has become my regular dentist for check-ups and cleanings and I always have a positive experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough and encourage you to consider him. I am very happy I did.

I’m so happy with the work Dr. Boris does. He’s very thorough and a perfectionist at heart which is extremely important when it comes to your teeth. He’s gentle and explains everything he does every step of the way. I’m very satisfied with the results I’ve seen so far with my teeth. The office is also beautifully decorated and extremely clean and organized.

I have been using his dental services for crown, filling, teeth removal, cleaning, visioline, X rays etc. for more than 2 years. He is consistently deliver excellent service, including great scheduling, no waiting time, calling back also in weekends late/early hours. Also, Dr. Pinhasov takes time to explain the treatment options and the insurance coverage. He is very personable and competent. He is quick but does not rush. I highly recommend him to everyone.

This is certainly one of a kind dental office. The office is spotless, the environment is friendly and the staff is very warm. Most importantly the dentist, Dr. Pinkhasov, is very knowledgeable, takes his time to explain everything step by step and works flawlessly……Definitely a very skilled dentist! I had braces for about 4 years and the progress was great they helped my smile and now I have white straight teeth , they impacted my teeth a lot and they have very nice people in there and they were gentle and it’s a very nice place I enjoyed the years I spent there for my teeth and it benefited me a lot

Excellent Dentist! Very professional and knowledgeable.I recently completed an implant procedure (including tooth extraction) and I cannot recommend Dr. Pinhasov highly enough.Dentist visits typically unnerve me, but the doctor put me at ease by explaining each step of the process. And each step of the process was virtually painless, which I know has a lot to do with technique, and my implant looks beautiful.I should also mention that there were no surprises at the time of payment because he thoroughly explains what your insurance will and will not cover in advance……five stars 🙂

Lucky us! My daughter complained of a pain in her mouth and as we didn’t have a dentist in the city yet, I searched Google and Yelp and saw Dr Pinhasov is not just open on Sunday’s (unheard of, right?!) but also had a very high number of 5 star reviews on both sites. I called and though the doctor was booked for the day, they squeezed my daughter in that afternoon. Everyone in the office was nice and skilled, my daughter’s mouth feels a lot better and while I was prepared for Sunday / Emergency visit pricing, the charge was very reasonable and in line with our other dentist in Westchester. The 5 star reviews are well deserved and I’m glad to add another one!

They have wonderful hours to schedule appointments. Great for people who work and want an appointment after 5pm. Dr. Pinhasov is a straight forward guy who tells you exactly what you need to hear without any fluff. I’m happy I finally found a dentist who isn’t trying to steal your money. He’s careful with his cavity fillings and does a wonderful job! Highly recommend Dr. Pinhasov.

Dr. Boris is AWESOME!! BEST DENTIST I’VE EVER HAD (sad to say now that I’m in my 30’s). I’ve been going to Dr. Boris for the past 3 years and each visit is very pleasant and quick too. Whether it’s for a simple cleaning, getting a filling done, or getting a crown implant, he makes the whole experience as smooth and pleasant as possible (no one like the drilling or poking) but again, he’s very quick, precise and walks you through it all. He’s always telling you what he’s about to do, what he’s doing, and what’s going to happen so you don’t get nervous. He’s SUPER thorough and a bit of a perfectionist which is exactly what you’d want in a dentist. He looks at everything and make sure it’s all perfect before you leave. I’ve grown up dreading going to the dentist but I really appreciate Dr. Boris, his assistant, and their efforts to make you feel as relaxed and taken care of. His calendar is always very flexible and he tries to work with you and notifies you if someone cancels and an earlier appointment is open. I’ve Mandy is really sweet and very easy to talk to and work out the scheduling with.I also REALLY appreciate the next day, and sometimes second day follow up texts. It’s nice to know they are checking in on you and you can always text with any concerns or advice if something is healing properly. I’ve walked out of the appointment swollen a couple times due to various procedures I needed, and the next day there’s always a text from Mandy and Dr. Boris making sure I’m ok. I’m don’t remember how I stumbled upon Dr. Boris but I’m so glad I did. My husband and I both see him and we’ll be sad to not have this kind of attention and customer service when we move out to California at the end of the month.The office is very clean and the TV always has some serene nature show which makes you feel very calm. If you’re looking for a dentist… look no further. Dr. Boris, his assistant, and Mandy are the BEST!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Boris for a while now when he was working out of Manhattan. When he left his practice I was devastated due to the trust he had earned from me. I spent a few years staying at the same office that Dr. Boris has due to fear of change.one random day I was scrolling through Instagram and DP Smiles’ profile came up as someone I may know. When I saw it was Dr. Boris’ new practice in Queens, I called the very next morning to confirm.I’ve already had multiple appointments with Dr. Boris to get fitted for a new retainer that broke once I completed Invisalign.I recommend Dr. Boris for any and all work. He is honest, understanding and makes me and my family feel VERY comfortable.he has already did some work on my wife and put braces on my daughter.Once I found out he reopened a new practice, I was all in!

Dr. Boris is absolutely amazing! I had my routine 6 month cleanings and x-rays taken. I had fear of dental offices and the drilling sounds but after a few visits to this office, my anxiety level defintely reduced. The staff is very helpful and caring. My first time at Dr. Boris Pinhasov’s office was for a routine check up and cleaning. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The staff is welcoming and very nice and the office is clean. The dental hygienist was very patient and and did a wonderful and thorough job on my teeth. After, I had to go for three teeth extractions to take out my wisdom teeth. I local anesthesia as so did not want to be referred to a surgeon to be put to sleep. I have to admit I was extremely nervous. However, my experience was suberb. Dr. Pinhasov did such an amazing job! I did not even look like a chipmunk the next day! He extracted three of my teeth with patience and with ease. If you are looking for a new dentist I 100% recommend Dr. Pinhasov.

Dr. Boris came highly recommended to me by a professional in the same field, so going in to see him I had high expectations. Having been treated by him for some time now, I can confidently say that dr. Boris is definitely worth the praise. He’s knowledgeable, super gentle, thorough, and always keeps interests of his patients top-of-mind. While I initially started out there with routine procedures, I’m now at the end of the Invisalign treatment and am extremely satisfied with my smile! Btw, the office has a great ambiance and staff are super friendly. Even if you aren’t in the midtown area – he’s worth a trip (I occasionally travel from Queens to see him).

Dr. Boris and his team are simply amazing! Dr. Boris seamlessly took me thru a root canal and crown procedure making the experience pleasant and pain free! He explained everything in detail in regards to the steps in what is typically a 3 visit procedure(root canal with crown) in order to put any concerns at bay, as his number one priority was to make sure I was comfortable. He ran into a small complication but with great confidence was able to work around the situation and provide me with excellent care! While NYC has almost everything within reach, at times it can be a stressful, long commute to get almost anywhere. That is why I do my research when it comes to dining out, going to stores, and finding the right doctor or dentist. I’d like the end result to be worth the trip.Dr. Boris Pinhasov and his dental team are worth the commute. I’m not always a fan to begin with when it comes to doctor and dental appointments, but after being recommended Dr. Pinhasov, visits to the dentist have become much more worthwhile.The staff are friendly and helpful, I have never had to wait in the waiting area, and Dr. Pinhasov is one of the few I have come across within the medical field who I feel I can speak openly with without feeling interrogated. You can tell he cares a lot about his profession and making sure his patients receive the best care.Finally, if you like the “small-town,” everyone knows one another and is there for you, vibe that you cannot always get (unless you pay an arm and a leg) from large practices, then this is the place for you, because everyone deserves to feel comfortable and have all of their needs met at the dentist.

“Came for the baby tooth extraction, stayed for the service.”You’re not supposed to look forward to going to the Dentist’s office, but I do. Dr. Boris, Gregory and Mandy have turned the dental experience, one traditionally synonymous with torture, into something not only enjoyable, but educational and entertaining. I usually arrive early and enjoy a cup of coffee, which Gregory makes . Aside from being a masterful dental assistant he’s also somewhat of an artist with the Keurig. Who knew? Also, if you can get him to sing you’re in for a real treat. Dr. Boris is fantastic. I’ve never had such thorough cleanings. Additionally, he extracted my precious baby tooth, my original reason for seeing him, which I had been carrying in my mouth for 33 years and replaced it with an adult tooth (technical term). Another exceptional job. Mandy remembers what I like to watch on Netflix and puts it on for me in the morning while I’m having my coffee. She’s not only accommodating but thoughtful and considerate of my schedule when making appointments.What I’ve found to be most valuable outside of the precision dental work Dr. Boris provided me was how he educated me on my pricing options and the ins and outs of each dental procedure. He provided me options and information so I can make better decisions about my dental health in the future. This is something rare and something makes me feel considered as a customer and patient. If you think your dentist is good, wait until you try a great one like Dr. Boris.
